MEDICAL TESTS :

• GASTROENTERIC SYSTEM : Parkling gastric passage of solid/liquid foods with a combination technique; Colon crossing scan with combination technique; Scintillal static liver – spleen with 99m Tc – colloidal sulphide; Spinthogram potential with 99m Tc – BRIDA for cholecystitis detection; Liver scan for hemangiomas detection.
• INDOCRINOLOGY: Thyroid scan – 99m Tc – Pertechnetate; Scan of parathyroid glands with 99m Tc-SESTAMIBI; Pheochromocytoma detection scan with 123I -MIBG and adrenal glands.
• CARDIOLOGY: Myocardial hematogram in fatigue and/or calm with 99mTc- MYOVIEW or SESTAMIBI; Radioisotope ventricular with 99mTc-Pyrophosphate in fatigue and/or at rest; Radioisotopic detection of Cardiac Amyloidosis with 99mTc-Pyrophosphate/DPD; Scan scan of viable myocardial , after a heart attack; Scan scan of pathological myocardial parasympathetic neurosis with 123I-MIBG
• NEUROLOGY: Dopaminergic receptor scan with 123I – ioflupane (Datscan), for detection of Parkinson's disease; Brain cortex hematogram, with 99m Tc – HMPAO, for detection of Alzheimer's disease.
• NEFROLOGY - UROLOGY: Dynamic kidney scan with 99m Tc – DTPA or 99m Tc – MAG3 with pharmaceutical or no intervention; Static scan with 99m Tc-DMSA.
• OGOLOGY: Bone scan: To detect a pathological outbreak of uptake; Bone scan of 3rd phases: For detection of stress-fracture or inflammatory outbreak or other specialized rheumatological or orthopedic diseases; Scan with 131I – after thyroidectomy and / or radiotherapy; Scan 111En- Octreoscan for detection of neuroendocrine tumors; Scan with 99m Tc-Tectrotyde for detection of neuroendocrine tumors; Guard lymph node scan with 99m Tc-Nanocolloid for renal run-off detection in patients with breast cancer or melanomas.
• PNUMONOLOGY: Blood and lung ventilation scan for diagnosis of pulmonary embolism; Aeration and lung hematopoiesis scan for residual FEV1 calculation in prospective patients for pulmonary parenchyma removal.
• FLEGONS: White blood cell scan with 99m Tc-SCINTIMMUN; Bone marrow scan with 99m Tc-nanocolloid; Scintillal detection of inflammatory outbreaks in diabetic foot.

THERAPY :

• Hyperthyroidism with 131I (≤ 15mCi)
• Thyroid Cancer up to 30mCi
• Cancer Protector with 223Ra-Dichloride (Xofigo)
