Doctor, Ph.D. in Medicine Tatyana Protopapa graduated from the Odessa Pirogov Medical Institute, specializing in Pediatrics in 1976. In 1989, doctor Tatyana Protopapa defended her Ph.D. thesis in the field of pediatrics. After defending her Ph.D. thesis, doctor Tatyana Protopapa improved her qualifications at the Hogeschool in Amsterdam, Holland.
For 6 years she headed the Department of Neonatology at the central state hospital in Odessa, Ukraine. From 1988 to 2006, doctor Tatyana Protopapa headed the Department of Diagnostics at the Odessa Regional Hospital and taught at the Odessa National Medical University.
