Doctor Liountmila Pouz is a dedicated Obstetrician-Gynecologist with a strong international background in women’s health. Born in Ukraine and raised in Greece, she pursued her medical education at the University of Ioannina, where she obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree. She has since gained extensive clinical experience across Greece, specializing in obstetrics, gynecology, and general surgery. Her professional journey began as a Rural Doctor at the General Hospital of Leros, where she provided primary healthcare services to the island’s population. She then transitioned into surgical training, completing a residency in General Surgery at the 401 General Military Hospital in Athens. Doctor Liountmila Pouz then specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology, undertaking successive residency positions at the General Hospital “Achillopouleio” in Volos and the General University Hospital “Attikon” in Athens. After successfully obtaining her certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, she continued her employment as a specialist at “Attikon,” providing expert care in maternal health, gynecological surgery, and reproductive medicine. Her passion for medical excellence has led her to international training opportunities, including placements at the Royal Free London Hospital, Birmingham Women’s Hospital, and reproductive medicine centers in Egypt, Thailand, Japan, and Italy. She continues to expand her expertise with advanced certifications in cervical pathology, colposcopy, and gynecologic ultrasound. In March 2025, Doctor Liountmila Pouz will join Wecare Medical Centre, where she will continue providing expert, patient-centered care in gynecology and obstetrics. She combines medical expertise with a global perspective to ensure the highest quality of care for her patients.
