1995-2000 Attended 3rd Moscow Medical and Dental University (Dentistry and Stomatology Department) and graduated as a Doctor of Stomatology - DDS. 2000-2002 Received a Masters Degree at the 3rd Moscow Medical and Dental University in Pediatric Orthodontics and Dental Prosthetics. 2005 Founded 2nd Bright Smile Dental Center in Nicosia in corporation with Dr. George Vassiliou Doctor Andre is a member of the European Orthodontic Society.
