Education
Anastasia Christodoulou is a Clinical Dietitian, a graduate of the University of Plymouth, UK, where she completed over 900 hours of practical training in NHS hospitals. She later completed her studies at the University of Nicosia, earning her Clinical Dietitian qualification with over 1100 hours of practice in rehabilitation centers, clinics, and hospitals.
Her philosophy is based on the belief that nutrition is a way of life, not just numbers and calories. Every nutrition plan she creates is personalized to fit the individual needs, circumstances, and preferences of each client.
Her goal is to improve her clients’ health, prevent nutrition-related diseases, support healthy weight loss or maintenance, and address specific dietary needs with knowledge, understanding, and dedication.
