Somatic and Holistic Therapist Tatiana Schultz graduated from Boston College with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counselling in 2016, USA. After she continued her education and graduated from the University of Rhode Island, USA with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies in 2014

Tatiana is passionate about mind/body practices and strongly believes in approaching mental health issues from a holistic perspective. In her opinion regulating the nervous system is a way of life. As a therapist, she helps the patient release traumatic energy that is stuck in the body and supports the patient in creating a moderate lifestyle that supports the nervous system. The main priority in sessions is to help you heal from trauma so that the patient can break generational cycles and discover their inner wisdom. Tatiana strives to create a safe atmosphere in sessions using a warm, compassionate and direct approach.
