- Pregnancy & Paediatric Chiropractic neuro-musculo-skeletal Consultation and Treatment
We strive to achieve a thorough history and examination of the neuro-musculoskeletal structure of the growing child, in a friendly and professional manner. Identify areas that can improve, and formulate a personalized treatment plan. Where needed we will collaborate with other medical professionals (i.e. GP, Pediatrician) to provide the best service for you and your child.
- Chiropractic Consultation and Treatment
The aim of our consultation is to understand your concerns, thoroughly examine the complaint though physical, postural and neuro-musculoskeletal examination, form a diagnosis and based on your individual needs identify the best treatment plan.
- Chiropractic Neurological examination and care
Some of the most common conditions that can be seen through this service are: complex cases of chronic musculoskeletal pain, BPPV/vertigo, persistent dizziness, as well as mechanical and developmental issues in children.
- Workplace Ergonomic Assessment
Here at Canadian Chiropractic Health Center we are concerned about your work and home environment as much as we are concern about our in- clinic care. We aim to help you adapt your work and home environment to suit your specific musculoskeletal needs. We are happy to collaborate with your company’s occupational health team or come to your work place and perform an ergonomic assessment of your office. This helps with streamlining your work place, maximizing efficiency, help minimize environmental stressors and optimize comfort for your employees.
- Corporate Chiropractic Packages
Corporate packages are available for the chiropractic care of a team (10 people or more). A 1/3 of working adults in Cyprus have noted disruption of work and daily activities due to musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.
- Health Talks
Is your company or group looking for a health talk with focus at the neuro-musculoskeletal system ? Then we would be happy to discuss with you and propose some topics, interactive workshops and webinars that we can provide.
Education
Doctor Anna Papadopoulou graduated from the AECC University College with a degree in Chiropractic from UK in 2014. Since graduating, she has achieved further qualifications : Doplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB) and Masters in Advanced Professional Practice (MSc in Musculoskeletal Health in Paediatrics). The unique combination of academic background allows her to focus in paediatrics developmental and musculoskeletal health.
She has been involved with a number of research projects and has been invited to present in a number of national and international conferences about her work. Her most current research was the investigation of the demographic profile of children presenting to chiropractors in Cyprus.
Carrently she is very excited for working in private practice in her clinic in Nicosia, Cyprus. In addition to her clinical practice she is a part time Anatomy-Dissection tutor with St. George's Medical School Nicosia, Cyprus and Clinical Associate with University of Nicosia-Medical School (Anatomy Department).
Over the past 5 years she has been involved in chiropractic paediatric arena in the UK, Cyprus and Middle East. In 2021 has become a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors' Pregnancy and Paediatric Faculty with whom she has been part of the faculty's council for the past 4 years.
Doctor Anna Papadopoulou is continuing her academic carrier by leading the module of paediatric neurology in the new Master of Science in integrative Paediatrics at Logan University (USA).
