Doctor Pantelis Xenophontos is an Orthopedic and Trauma Surgeon with special interest in sports medicine and osteoporosis. He has been trained and worked in General Surgery, Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery at several hospitals in Greece and Cyprus and received the Certificate of Medical Specialisation in Thessaloniki, Greece. Doctor Pantelis Xenophontos graduated from the School of Medicine( Ptychio Iatrikes) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. He is also a graduate in Biology (B.Sc.Hons) from University of Crete in Greece. He has earned a Master Degree in Medicine (Social and Preventive Medicine) at Karolinska Institutet Stockholm , Sweden. Currently is a Ph.D candidate at European University of Cyprus. Doctor Pantelis Xenophontos is a Scientific Collaborator at European University Cyprus in the field of Orthopaedics Surgery and Anatomy and Scientific Representative at WHO Collaborating Centre on Community Safety Promotion at Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. Xenophontos has numerous oral communications in international medical congresses . Doctor Xenophontos is providing societal work as a full member of Charity Fraternity of Men in Thessaloniki and Médecins du Monde. He is the official doctor of Cyprus National Football Team (Junior Team). Doctor Pantelis Xenophontos speaks English and French fluently and has basic knowledge of Swedish and Italian.
